We were skeptical about the hygiene & had a detail discussion with Mrs. Joshi. After her assurance, we decided to go ahead. As described by her, it was indeed very clean...
Beside its peaceful, original & non-commercialized atmosphere, what appealed us the most is co-operative staff. Manager Dinesh & rest of the staff (Raju, Pravin & Ganesh) were quite friendly. When we headed for White Water River Rafting, the staff took proper care of our kids.
Special Thanks to cooks, who prepared delicious, finger licking food ! Though from village, these ladies have Etiquettes & for that I should appreciate training by the owners, having Military background.
Since the place was open without any restrictions (which we don't get in Mumbai), kids freaked out. All adventure activities were safe because of well trained staff.
I agree with Kruttika... should not get commercialized.

I don't have words to say every year we go to picnic to different different places But Hans was Awesome Very Different we enjoyed a Lot a lot a lottttttttttttttt Beautiful Experience and very sweet memories with hans its was one of the best picnic of my life |

I got to know about Hans through Google when i wanted to come to kolad and did not have a place to go. Thats when Hans was the 2st search result.. I booked the place for a day picnic however the bad part was that i booked it through nivalink. Nivalink gave me a tough time, gave me and my friend different itenaries, gave me wrong amount in the confirmation email, and most of all nivalink did not give my bookings to hans. Howevr when we reached hans, the general manager dinesh was very welcoming he not only arranged for our stay immediately he applogized for the trouble we had to go through. he was with us all the time through out our activities. made us feel so safe there was no worry about anythin. the food of hans was excellent and delicious and most importantly the place was clean and hygenic.. i had the best weekend ever with hans. i plan to go there again atleast once a year from now on.... way to go hans..
